Photo Scavenger Hunt Road Rally

Get your youth group together and make this activity an all day event.  Grab a camera, everyone in your youth group and an adult advisor and take a picture of all the things on the list.  Once you've taken all the pictures come up with a creative way to display all your pics.  Bring that creativity to the May 2nd Youth Worship and your group just might win a prize.  See the link to get the full details and list of things.

Good luck!

Sam Cupp is on this years National Youth Cabinet. He is helping plan for National Youth Conference 2010. Here he gives his perspective on NYC and an update on how the planning is going.

Working hard to make this National Youth Conference great, the National Youth Cabinet has decided on the theme of “More than Meets the Eye,” based on 2nd Corinthians 4: 6-10, 16-18.  It reminds us that even though we may look just like simple jars of clay, with God’s light we are “more than meets the eye.”  God’s light shines through us and makes each of us able to do great things.  It is also a reminder that God is there for us and will help us overcome any challenge that may confront us.
Once again, this upcoming conference will be held on the beautiful Colorado State University campus between July 17-22.  Speakers at the conference will include the Church of the Brethren’s Moderator-Elect Shawn Flory Repogle, Jim Myer and Shane Claiborne, just to name a few.  To keep a watch out for new information or to learn more about National Youth Conference visit the website at www.2010NYC.org.
