Disaster Ministries To Build Utility Building

The Shenandoah District Conference in November 2012 approved the construction of a 42-foot by 52-foot utility building adjacent to the District Office in Weyers Cave to serve our work through Disaster Ministries. The building will house the vehicles used to support disaster response teams and provide storage and assembly space for clean-up buckets and school, health and baby kits for Church World Service. A fund drive is now under way to meet the $44,000 cost. Contributions can be mailed to the Shenandoah District, PO Box 67, Weyers Cave, Va. 24486 with BDM Utility Building in the memo line on the check.
